Momentum Medical Massage Therapy provides professional therapeutic massage and wellness services within the legal scope of licensed massage therapy.

Clients should consult their physician regarding any medical concerns.

3. Appointments

Appointments are available by reservation only.

Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

Failure to arrive on time may reduce the available treatment time.

4. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise approved.

Accepted payment methods may include:

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Refund Policy

All payments are final.

Once an appointment has been confirmed and payment has been processed:

• No cancellations
• No refunds
• No credits
• No transfers
• No rescheduling

If a client wishes to book another appointment, a new payment will be required.

6. Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment.

Missed appointment time cannot be extended beyond the scheduled session.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding:

• Allergies
• Injuries
• Pregnancy
• Recent surgeries
• Other health conditions that may affect treatment

Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect treatment safety.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Momentum Medical Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when:

• Treatment is outside the therapist’s scope of practice.
• A medical condition requires physician clearance.
• The client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• The client demonstrates inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior.

9. Professional Conduct

Momentum Medical Massage Therapy maintains a professional therapeutic environment.

Any inappropriate language, sexual comments, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

10. SMS Communications

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding:

• Scheduling updates
• Customer service communications
